100 Mile Soiree Friday November 28th
Where has the year gone? It seems like yesterday we were organising our first 100 mile soiree to celebrate our new studio space in Byron Bay.
Last year's party was such a success. People loved the concept of eating and drinking locally based on the 100 mile diet concept I brought back with me from Canada. This year we are going to take it a step further and serve up food grown and raised on our 10 acre property. With only a week to plan and promote its going to be branding and marketing challenge. However, in my experience it's never too hard to get people to come out and celebrate, especially when they know there is farm fresh food involved.
Here is a great article about our party last year and background on the 100 mile diet.
